MARKET & ETHONGRAPHIC RESEARCH
We research markets and human behavior and, using various “insight generation” tools, we analyze the data to assess the value of a given product category and develop a problem-and-solution scenario.
DESIGN SCAFFOLDING
Based on our market and sociological research data, we identify behaviors, price points, features, colors, and textures and develop a Product Requirements Document (PRD) that serves as the “scaffolding” to guide the industrial design ideation and exploration process, or “design thinking.”
DESIGN MANAGEMENT
A simple or complex design project requires design management. Our team knows how to manage creativity and creatives to ensure optimal execution of projects. Our “design thinking” process defines clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables to prepare a design concept for manufacturing.
INDUSTRIAL DESIGN (ID)
Our core service is Industrial Design. Our team of designers visualizes and creates prototypes of design concepts in the form of sketches, renderings, and models. These design presentations are then used to learn by imagining and interacting with the potential product.
USER INTERFACE (UI)
Our team of designers and strategists build experience maps and highly intuitive interfaces. Information is organized hierarchically, and navigation is designed with clear interaction. Graphic presentations of behavior specification are created to communicate with programmers.
MECHANICAL ENGINEEGRING (ME)
Our product mechanical engineers collaborate closely with our ID and EE teams to ensure that product components are feasible for manufacturing. Once a design is approved, MEs finish the interior architecture of a product with precise and accurate drawings for the manufacturer.
ELECTRICAL ENGINEEGRING (EE)
Our electrical engineers source, plan, and lay out the components for each design requirement. Together with our ID and ME teams, they ensure that a product’s electronic components are feasible for prototyping. Once a design is approved, EEs create component block diagrams for the manufacturer.
MANUFACTURING LIAISON
Our project managers utilize our vetted network of manufacturing partners to offer a precise route to manufacturing. We work closely with manufacturers to plan, schedule, tool, troubleshoot, and test products according to the highest quality and reliability standards.
CROWDFUNDING
Our design and development process is an ideal platform for inventors to bring their product ideas to life professionally. We have the experience and know-how to realize crowdfunded products. We offer product-launch consulting to ensure campaign launch success and brand longevity.
PROCESS

We work closely with brands and retailers to design innovative product lines and connect the brands directly with our partner manufacturers, which have been screened and vetted to ensure exceptional quality and reliability, and have the best social standards for seamless manufacturing support.
